How can you increase a low sex drive due to daily medications for anxiety and depression?

Just because meds are Rx'ed, this does not mean they are a good choice or will be effective, vs. harmful, to your best interests. Psychotropic meds are Rx'ed for ease (Doc & client), affect mode/symptoms but never solve the real problem(s), actually only add problems & commonly make problem solving more difficult. ...Read more

Find support ; care: Hopefully the recent stress is time limited so that with support and caring from a pro or good un-involved friend/relative/love you'll get through it and back to normal. If it's long term, find a therapist ti evaluate your needs. Talking and planning might be enough. Short-term meds may help until you learn management skills.
