I'm pregnant &have acute sinusitis 3 d ago cant sleep from toothaches and ear pain my nose dry not rainy but I feel all the symptoms of the sinusitis ?

You may need to: wait a bit longer for sinus infections to improve. They are notoriously hard to treat completely, sometimes taking up to 3 weeks of antibiotics and symptomatic medicines to treat all the symptoms.
