I've had burning in chest n cough for 3 days n some hoarseness throat raw n like inside chest is could this be acid reflux ?
Maybe partly: WHile the burning in the chest could be related to GERD, the other symptoms sound like they could be related to a common cold (viral infection) or seasonal allergies. GERD can cause all the symptoms as well, especially if there is liquid coming all the way up to the throat. OK to try anti-acid meds to see if it helps the burning.
