? unrelated: Stomach intestinal issues should not be referred to the back unless something serious is going on such as perforation, pancreatitis, bleeding. If you have pain in your shoulder it could be referred pain or something completely unrelated. U need a pregnancy: Test. If you continue to have discharge u need to get to a GYN or family doctor to make sure u do not have a infection.
