?unrelated: Stomach intestinal issues should not be referred to the back unless something serious is going on such as perforation, pancreatitis, bleeding. If you have pain in your shoulder it could be referred pain or something completely unrelated. Inflamed gallbladder. Hida scan shows 29%. No gallstones. Symptoms are not severe, minor back pain, nausea, elevated pancreas levels (301), acid reflux. Any other option besides surgery? If so, what?

Prilosec PPI: Proton pump inhibitors is used for the treatment of conditions such as ulcers, gerd. Prilosec can give you symptoms of low magnesium: jerking muscle movements, muscle cramps, fast heart rate. If this is the case i recommend to see your pcp asap. ...Read more

IBS and Reflux: Both of these conditions can be exacerbated with stress. I have a lot of patients tell me that there're IBS and their acid reflux can go away while they're on vacation, this is not always the case, But it proves a point that they can be stress-related.
