I'm majorly itchy in my entire private area (urethra to anus). I've been treating an anal fissure & don't know if its from that or a yeast infection?

Can be both: If you have had any raw skin in these areas for more than 3 days, yeast can cling to and trigger a rash or itching. Poo is naturally in your poo and can take the opportunity of irritated or raw skin from any reason to set up new living quarters. Twice a day anti-fungal cream may help. ...Read more

Yeast? Herpes?: These are typical symptoms of a worse than average yeast infection. Also consider genital herpes if there are any open sores or blisters, or if pain/swelling in groin, or if any fever, headache, etc. Also yeast doesn't usually cause fluid discharge, but initial herpes often does. Had yeast infection 3 wks ago, discharge is still slightly green and has a strong odor but is not foul. Itchy every so often. Could it still be Y.I?

BV? STD?: Yeast infections usually cause only a little discharge, or none; yeast discharge usually is white, not colored; and yeast discharges don't have strong odor. So this is something else. Bacterial vaginosis (an overgrown of bacteria) is possible, but so are STDs like trichomonas, gonorrhea, or chlamydia. See a doctor very soon for testing and treatment. Good luck! ...Read more

IHave green discharge that is chunky but doesn't smell and I'm not itchy. Could it still be a yeast infection?

Doubt yeast. STD?: Any unexplained vaginal discharge should be professionally evaluated. Vaginal yeast infection usually causes mostly itching with little discharge, usually white and clumped. Discharge that is colored (yellow, tan, green, brown, etc) or that stains underwear suggests infection. If you are sexually active, STDs like chlamydia, gonorrhea, and trichomonas are possible. See a doctor or clinic ASAP. ...Read more

I've been having abnormal white discharge for 2mos now, but I don't feel any burning/itchiness, is it yeast infection?

Could be?: Yeast doesn't have to cause itching and burning. It is usually curdish (like cottage cheese). It would also depend on whether you are pregnant? Usually a white discharge without foul odor or burning, stinging or other symptoms doesn't necessarily mean anything. A "physiologic" discharge may be ocurring. It can be due to medications, "the pill" or other contraceptives. If in doubt, check it out. ...Read more
