I have been experiencing wet sensations in the back of my head as well as ear pain, which is more intense on one side. I also get jaw lock and crackle?
Head tingling on a daily basis with headaches and some inner ear pain with occasional wet feeling. Any thoughts to what this may be?

It would appear that with the headaches and the tingling this may be anxiety more than anything else at your age. You have a feeling of pain and wetness which I do not understand. A few ideas.: Depends on symptoms, and cause of symptoms. 3 signs of TMJ dysfunction: joint noises, joint pain & limited oral opening.
