Need to check: Its very unlikely for a tampon to just fall out. You are probably right that you pushed one up further. Insert your finger all the way into the vagina and sweep it in a circle around your cervix. If you can feel the tampon, hook your finger around it and pull it out. If you can't get it out or are unsure, see a doc tomorrow. Leaving it in puts you at risk for severe and serious infection. ...Read more
