Travel: There is a risk for anyone who takes a long distance car ride of developing clots in their lower extremities . I highly suggest using support / compression hose , keeping the legs elevated if possible and stopping every 2 hours to walk around . Try to massage the calf . Ask your OB: And please tell your OB exactly what rides you plan to do, i tell my pts it is not adviseable to ride a rolly coaster of any ride that shakes or throws you around or puts too much gforce on your body or has you upside down at all, you will have plenty of time to do that after you deliver as rides could put u in premature labor or make your water break early or worse make the placenta separate. ...Read more
