It's : It's really impossible to make a diagnosis based on your description. They could very possibly be ingrown hairs, but another possibility for a painless "bump" in the vaginal area is from the papilloma virus, or commonly known as venerial warts. You should visit a gynecologist to have a look at them and possibly culture it to confirm. If they are papilloma virus, you would want to have them removed. Kind regards dr. Sounds normal: "Negative for STDs" suggests you've seen a doctor. What did s/he say? If something were wrong (e.g. genital warts), probably s/he would have said so. I'm guessing mucus or sebaceous glands (also called Fordyce spots); or vestibular papillae. Both of these are entirely normal. Google Fordyce spots and vestibular papillomatosus for photos to compare with yourself. See MD if any doubt remains. ...Read more
