Possibly: A badly decayed or periodontally involved tooth can cause a sore throat if a posterior tooth. Swallowing infected secretions can cause GI upset. It shouldn't aggravate acid reflux but the upset stomach from infected swallowed secretions can make the symptoms of GERD seem worse. ...Read more
