Safe: All abortions are incredibly safe procedures ... In fact, they are safer than child birth. Usually they do not cause any fertility issues. That said, without knowing more about your case - it's impossible to say for sure. Absolutely: Make sure you share you history of a c-section with your obstetrician or midwife. It can possibly affect your pregnancy, & will certainly affect your delivery. Many women do deliver after c-section with the right care if the incision was of the right type. It is a good idea to get a copy of the operative report for your c-section so that if you go into labor without warning you will have it. ...Read more
