Depends: Severe pain needs to have a reason. Could be apendicitis? Or other bowell disease? Possible a severe uti? 19 wks pregnancy in the event of iminent delivery unfortunately are not managed agressively cause the baby is too small to survive. If the pain cannot be explained by something acute then precautions for severe vaginal bleeding and possible iminnent delivery should suffice. ...Read more
