Is ultrasound (to check for endo cyst via a monitor) included in a pap smear test? I only asked for a pap test was also charged for "ultrasound".

No 2 different Tests: Basic anatomy: a pap smear is only about collecting a sample of cells, rubbed off the uterine cervix with a stick, to examine for changes consistent with possible early to advanced cancer & is totally incapable of detecting cysts within the endometrium of the uterus.
