Seems Unlikely: I would think that the pain would be on the same side as the cyst. Your symptoms sound more GI in nature and the cyst may be just an incidental finding on the ct. Remember that all regular cycling women will produce one cyst each month (usually <2.5 cm) and that is the special cyst that has an egg inside. ...Read more

You should be disc: Discussing this with your gyn doc, depends on what kind of cysts you have, you may need to get on continuous bc pills to prevent the cysts, if you have endometriosis you may need depo- Lupron or further surgery so without knowing more details cannot provide other advice so you should make an appt with your gyn or go for a 2nd opinion, but if u go for a 2nd opinion make sure u bring your records. ...Read more

Discharge: I would look to other causes of this pain and rule out cervicitis, Pelvic Inflammatory Disease, urerthritis or a urinary tract infection. You need to see a doctor to have a urine test and a pelvic exam and possibly cultures taken to determine the cause. Hope this helps ...Read more
