Probably not: A large ovarian cyst can certainly cause the symptoms that you are referring to, however if there is spontaneous rupture of the cyst, then these symptoms should resolve, not get worse. ...Read more

Nonspecific: Abdominal pain, nausea, and diarrhea are fairly nonspecific symptoms. They could be due to a variety of GI problems, most of which however are probably functional. While a hiatal hernia isn't anatomic problem that can cause some functional problems, this is usually related to difficulty eating, chest pain, anemia, or reflux symptoms. Large cysts that cause pain need to be evaluated by your doctor. The other symptoms may or may not be related but they should be evaluated as well.
