Probably: While TSH of 2.5 is 'normal, ' a change for 0.9 to 2.5 may not be. I have seen many women improve fertility with low dose thyroid treatment with this TSH level. Also, it is now recommended that pregnant women keep their TSH below 2.5 during the first trimester because the fetus does not make it's own thyroid until after that time. ...Read more
