It may be the source: Of the pain but you should get it evaluated. An intrapelvic lesion like a large ovarian cyst can cause referred pains as can other problems within the pelvis or abdomen. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Rule out UTI: The large ovarian cyst should not cause pain on urination. Be sure you don't have a uti. Check 25-oh vit d, it might be low with the ovarian cysts.
