Possible: There are many things that can affect the menstrual cycle, as you know. However, i would think that the kidney infection would need to be rather significant accompanied by fever, chills, body aches. In other words, significant enough that it would affect hormonal and other bodily function. I do not feel that a simple bladder infection or a mild urinary tract infection would disturb the cycle. ...Read more
