See your doctor: this is a complicated situation and lots of tests need to be done to be sure nothing is being missed. It will be frustrating as a patient to go through all this. I have no idea about the cysts on the scan, where they are, but usually they are benign. If you have polycystic kidney disease they would have told you already. Reduced loose stool: Mebendazole can cause abdominal symptoms. Also consider inflammatory disease-, colitis from Crohns/ulcerative colitis, ileitis or infectious( camphylobacter),rarely missed appy. Consider probioitcs,, stool culture ,abdominal CT . Did the U/S look at the ovaries? if not, would if all else negative. Please follow up with doctor or gastroenterologist ,may wish to do colonoscopy. ...Read more
