Use training bra: Well fitting bra or training bra may relieve the pain. Try to find if it is spot painful or it is only discomfort. There are unexplained pain in breast. Without any particular reason. You may have to use good supporting bra. If it does not help, then goto see the doctor for breast examination.

Breast pain in one breast, 23 years of age, and good sports bra. Should I worry?

Not usually: Breast cancer would not be common at all at age 23 and doesn't usually cause pain until very late stages. Pain at age 23 is usually due to hormones or even from the muscles under the breast. Pain from between the ribs or where the ribs attach to the sternum is especially common. Best to be checked by a doctor to be sure.

I have breast pain it hurts worse at night when I take off my bra I am 19 I am a 34 c 145 lb and 5 6 I am not pregnant. I feel no lumps please help me?

Sleep in bra: Sounds like fibrocystic changes. I recommend seeing a specialist to evaluate, but, sometimes wearing a supportive bra to bed, will improve those symptoms. While nothing works perfectly, this should help. Evening primrose oils (epo) has, in a few studies, helped breast pain as well. Again, not much science behind the remedies for breast pain, as most resolve without any intervention.
