Yes. However...: It is perfectly safe to take 10,000 mcg of biotin. That sounds like a lot, but it is the same as 10 mg. There is no known toxicity of biotin but that's a much higher amount than most people need so I wonder why you want to take it. Biotin deficiency is rare. Please clarify: I tired to look this up but could not find a vitamin with this name so please ask again with the correct name. I did check some GNC multivitamins and in general they have good ingredients but also have some toxic additives like titanium dioxide and sucralose that are unnecessary. Why?: Why do you feel that she needs extra biotin beyond what she's getting in her nutrition? What does her Family Doc or Pediatrician say about this? Lack of biotin is rare such that there is no RDA or RNI. Normal daily recommended intake is 30mcg for 7-10yo and just 30-100mcg for adolescents & adults.
