on my new pack I missed Sunday and just continued with the new pack now it's Sunday again except now I'm done with my pack I don't have anymore pills except for the Sunday pill I missed earlier in the month. Should I take it ?
It depends: It depends on when in your cycle you started the pills. If you started on the first day of bleeding, it's effective right away. If later in your cycle, it typically takes 7 days to take effect, so use back up prior to then. It also may depend on when you last had sex, and what you used for protection. ...Read more

Breakthrough bleed: Breakthrough bleeding (bleeding at the wrong time) is very common on birth control. It happens in about 1/3 of users. Its no big deal and usually self corrects over time. If you are not satisfied or it continues to happen then consider using a different birth control method. It is a common side effect and does not mean something is wrong or that the pill is not working. ...Read more
I’m on Camila and take it correctly. Had sex with Condom but It broke. I have an anxiety disorder so I took a Plab B 6 hours later. Should I be ok?
Yes: You are on the pill which you say you take correctly - meaning every day, without ever forgetting it. You also were using a condom (although it broke) and took plan B - so it would be very unlikely for you to get pregnant. However if you have anxiety around getting pregnant, you may want to consider a more effective form of birth control like an IUD or an implant. ...Read more

Period 12/3 to 12/8 spotting 12/9&12/10 intercourse 12/14 & 12/15 day later 12/16 very light brown discharge. On camila bc 5 months. Pregnant?
On Camila and condom broke. Took plan B just to be sure. Having period bleeding 8 days early. Should I be ok? Not pregnant?
Pregnancy unlikely: Plan B can alter the menstrual bleeding for the cycle in which Plan B was taken, and sometimes the next cycle too, so there may be some irregular spotting. If birth control pills are correctly used, they should prevent pregnancy. Otherwise, one can check a home pregnancy test about 3 weeks after sex, because Plan B works most of the time, but not all the time. ...Read more
I was told I have mild ovarian cysts. I was on the camila pill but i been off since sept 2012 my last period was dec2012. Not pregnant, help?
Pain? : Ovarian cysts are very common and often made to seem more worrisome than they should be by non-gynecologists. If you are not having any symptoms, i would not worry about them. With irregular periods, you may have polycystic ovary syndrome, which is often improved by diabetic-type diet and weight loss, or meds if that fails. Ask your gyn. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

Yes.: Your hormones are all over the place, so almost anything is possible. Use a back up method of birth control for the first month of the pill anyway - don't forget! congratulations on breast feeding - it is the best for your baby.
