If I can soak my feet in epson salt and shave off dead callus skin on my feet is it ok or should I stop cause the dead skin reappears a few days later?

You may need a different style shoe or some type of pad or support to go in certain shoes when you are doing certain activities that may be more stressful and irritating to your skin. Hope that helps. ...Read moreSee 3 more doctor answers

Corns are thickened skin areas, but warts are thickened areas with distorted "fingerprint" lines due to virus infection of the skin cells. A dermatologist or primary doctor should evaluate.
