Cramps : You can experience dehydration & muscle cramps with creatine. By "compression" syndrome, I think you refer to "compartment syndrome", which Creatine could theoretically induce. Insuff Info: Blood Pressure in Legs usually as much as 20% higher in the legs than in the Brachial artery. But this would mean your Brachial BP is also high. Blood pressure taken by automatic machine is always in doubt. If it blows up the cuff so tight that it hurts, then blood pressure measurment is in doubt and will appear higher. A blood pressure lower in legs suggests a blockage to blood flow. ...Read more

Achilles Problem?: The tendon is normally loose with the foot pointed down. It is tense with foot pointed down. Lie face down and have someone squeeze your calf. Your foot should automatically point away from you head. It is hard to break the tendon in a person under 40 by getting stepped on by someone else.
