May-Thurner syndrome: Absolutely. Get a left lower extremity ultrasound ASAP. Your doc may elect to get a D-dimer blood test as well. Have you been stented? Although MTS is associated with a small percentage of deep venous blood clots in the left leg (very rarely right) there is a significant rate of recurrence of DVTs in folks that have this condition. Muscular pain: If you have been squatting a lot, you are using different muscle groups than you normally would use in your legs. That likely has strained them and is causing the pain. Stop squatting, rest leg s much as possible, ice area that hurts and take ibuprofen for pain and anti-inflammatory effect. If not better with those interventions in a week, see doc.
