May-Thurner syndrome: Absolutely. Get a left lower extremity ultrasound ASAP. Your doc may elect to get a D-dimer blood test as well. Have you been stented? Although MTS is associated with a small percentage of deep venous blood clots in the left leg (very rarely right) there is a significant rate of recurrence of DVTs in folks that have this condition. Muscular pain: If you have been squatting a lot, you are using different muscle groups than you normally would use in your legs. That likely has strained them and is causing the pain. Better safe than ...: I an not sure what is meant by "had a long distance travel". If it means that you have been walking a lot, then perhaps you have a sore tendons and calf muscle. Dvt classically result in swelling +- pain (from a little to alot). Post -dvt syndrome can hurt for years after the DVT has resolved.
