Depends: Why are you on the program? I recommend a 1:1 dosage--i.e., equal amounts of calcium and magnesium. The dosage is determined by your bowel tolerance--i.e., the dosage that gives you diarrhea or loose stools. Just reduce the dosage to what is comfortable for you. Excess calcium impairs magnesium absorption--and inadequate magnesium impairs calcium absorption.
Can you take magnesium supplements (ie: calcium citrate or natural calm) with celexa (citalopram)?

Taller: It is extremely unlikely that you will grow taller at age 33. If you saw a pediatrician as a youngster you should contact them and ask for a copy of your growth chart. What makes you ask the above question?

Heparin: According to my readings, both are effective but the calcium preparation causes more discomfort at the injection sites. A hematologist or even your pharmacist may be able to provide you with additional information regarding the 2 preparations and their differences.

Do your best: Pregnancy is a time of excitement, but also stress that we women put on ourselves worrying about the future. Take your prenatal vitamins every day as best you can and eat a well-balanced diet; keep your prenatal appointments. If you choose to breast feed, your calcium intake becomes very important then as well.
