Ovarian cyst and cal: If this was found by ultrasound, the two most common reasons would be that you have a dermoid cyst (benign cystic teratoma) or a serous cyst with psammoma bodies (calcified cells). With those findings, I presume your gynecologist will suggest a laparoscopy to remove the cyst.

Find the cause.: If these deposits are painful, they must have been there awhile. Your first priority should be to find out why they are present in the first place. What causes liver calcium deposits and do they hint at an underlying illness?

Uncommon: One must distinguish calcium deposits in the liver (not common) from deposits in the blood vessels going into the liver (rare), or calcium in the gallbladder (common). Can calcium deposits form in the tongue? My friend has little hard rocks coming out of the side and tip of the tongue.

??, calculus?: I have never seen or heard of calcium deposits forming in the tongue. Two thoughts come to mind. The less likely one is small calculi coming from the ducts of the submandibular salivary gland. The more likely scenario is pieces of calculus dislodging from the teeth. Have your friend see a dentist to find out which one it is.

Calcium deposit???: On wound? I'm afraid I don't know what you mean by this. Neosporin is an antibiotic that can help prevent infection in wounds, but I don't think that it has any effect on calcium, and I can't think what is meant by calcium deposit on wound? Did you perhaps mean a "scab" (which is not calcium, but coagulated serum and dead cells)? That is a good biologic dressing and should not be removed.
