I have benign fasiculation syndrome; however, calcium citrate controls it to the point I feel cured. My calcium level is normal. Why?
Don't know: We do not know what causes this condition. We do know most people get better with time and no other treatment. No time limit: Multivitamins and calcium supplements actually can be taken together..Vitamins in general are relatively easy to absorb under normal condition and calcium does not prevent their absorption and the reverse is also true...So, take them whenever it is convenient for you.. How long does it take for calcium citrate supplements to enter your system after taking them? I don't take them with food.

Calcium citrate may be somewhat better absorbed as calcium is best absorbed with some acid.
