Likely no: 3 mm unchanged for 1 year is a good news, unlikely cancer. It is hard to say it is not a cancer, since thee are few very indolent cancers. But i see your age is 19, that again favour against a lung cancer. Unless there is a biopsy nobody can say for sure what it is. ...Read more
