Using Xavor and Calan. BP is continuously high 180/90. She needs to travel back to Asia in two days. Is it safe ? She is diabetic.

Not dangerous: Her BP is elevated but not dangerously so. She should contact her doc before leaving and ask about adding a mild diuretic like HCTZ (hydrochlorothiazide) which would work synergistically with Losartan (Xavor) (and is compatible with Calan). ...Read more
