I've a herniated disc @ c6/c7 in august '11. Lost all strength in right triceps. Tricepts getting stronger now. How long can full recovery take?
Can take months: If you lost all your strength, the nerve was really pinched. If you recover fully it will take months. Do not stop exercising and strengthening the muscle because once you atrophy that muscle it will become difficult to get full strength back.
