C4 Pre Workout Health Risks
I was taking pre workout (c4 the brand name) but I stopped its been 40 days, my problem is that I tremble and I never trembled from before?
Dietary supplements: One of the major problems w/dietary supplements is that they're manufactured & sold in States w/o 3rd party oversight, especially regarding quality, safety & effectiveness. Check out http://www. Usatoday. Com/search/dietary%20supplements/. With that said, there's also a good chance your trembling might be due to something else eg hyperthyroidism. So go see your family doc & tell him/her everything ...Read more

I just purchased the pre-workout supplement "c4 extreme" and I was wondering if it has any side effects that I should be aware of? Thanks in advance.
Yes side effects: Read huffington post article about high school athletes requiring surgery for compartment syndrome. Look at ingredients of C4 extreme, if you do not understand the ingredients then avoid them. Make sure your parents aware of this supplement and ask if any family members have high blood pressure or sudden death. Please avoid taking this supplement. ...Read more
I took cellucor C4 pre-workout two days ago and now have spotting from vagina. Are these two related? I haven't had sex in 4 weeks. Period 5 days ago
See an OB/GYN: You may simply be having menstrual irregularities which are very common from multiple causes. Cellucor is very unlikely to be related. If it persists see a doctor. ...Read more
If I take pre workout, c4, in the morning (6am) can I take 25 mg of viagra at night (7pm)? Also if I take creatine daily, will that interact with viagra?

that would make no sense to me
so I would say no! ...Read more

I currently take Wellbutrin (bupropion) SR 150mg 2X a day and am on the Minivelle patch. Can I use Cellucor C4 Ripped safely as a pre-workout supplement? Thanks!
NO CONTRAINDICATION: No contraindication listed. Wellbutrin (bupropion) boosts dopamine and tends to give energy. So I would space out when you take it with your supplement and limit caffeine intake to avoid feeling jittery. I recommend a gluten free diet (WholeApproach. Com & gutbliss. Com) also higher potency supplements from rejuvenation-science. Com ...Read more

I want to start taking a fat burner (Cellucor Super HD) and a pre-workout (Cellucor C4), I was wondering if they'll interact w my Birth Control (Lutera)?
I have no idea, but-: -there is no fat burning medication. Only proper diet & exercise. Save Ur money & join a health club and get a n exercise program from an AT-C, 1 on 1. they will set a program up the meets Ur goals and fits with Ur abilities. After U have a program U must B dedicated and follow thru with it. Some have wt loss programs, but don't be sucked into buying supplements from them, all U need=good diet. ...Read more
As a healthy 21 year old, with no preexisting health conditions, on wellbutrin, (bupropion) is the preworkout C4 safe to use?
Wake UP, Ralph!: It's a complete waste of money. Nothing in it you don't already make endogenously or can't get from regular MVIs (multivitamin). Consume stuff your body already makes, all that happens is that you need to make less of it. Excess amino acids etc are burned as fuel and the wastes excreted. So you'll stand there with your fly open & literally watch your money go down the toilet. Be a skeptic, not a sucker, Ralph. ...Read more
Depends: I guess it depends on your livers ability to handle all the ingredients in the supplement. I looked at the ingredients and suggest a healthy meal instead of a supplement since you don't know what the supplement can be doing to your liver. You may have a liver gene enzyme problem that cant handle an ingredient- if you're getting hyperbilirubinemia- stop the supplement ...Read more
Will using a preworkout drink cellucor C4 extreme (creatine nitrate) cause a postive reading on a drug test?
No: You are paying good money for pricey creatine. I am very pleased that you are using this supplement for your bodybuilding activities rather than anabolic steroids. It works, it's safe so far as I've heard, it's not cheating, and it will not make you grotesque. I'd say you're doing a good thing, and it will not show up as an illegal drug. ...Read more

Maybe (not). . .: Really impossible to answer b/c dietary supplement industry isn't subject to 3rd party oversight. In other words, they can make just about any claim they want to convince you to purchase their product while they don't have to prove benefit or safety (unless they're caught). So whether it's safe or not is open to debate especially given all the various supplements available. ...Read more

Nothing special: The energy for your workouts will come from glycogen stored in your muscles and liver. So the most important thing to do is eat well on a regular basis to keep those glycogen levels up. If you have a workout that lasts more than about 30 minutes then its a good idea to eat small amounts of food with glucose to keep energy levels up after the glycogen is depleted. ...Read more
