Yes but low risk: Acretta can develop even in women who have never had a c/section. Fortunately this is rare. The risk is much higher if the placenta is covering the prior c/section scar. With the placenta 4cm from the scar, your risk is very low (but not zero). Best wishes! ...Read more

Try to take it easy, especially lifting for a week or so (as much as you can). Brace the area w pillow if you need to cough or sneeze. Consider wearing a girdle or spanx to add some support.
