Not uncommon: The labia minora are very vascular and it is not usual for them to be engorged and increase in size. However this is somewhat limited and if they are markedly enlarged, you may want to discuss possible causes with your gynecologist such as inadequate lubrication, size, allergy, infection or other causes. ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers
Is the healing process for liposuction faster than a gastric bypass? Which one is safer and who can have the op?
Have been reading about new procedure called ultherapy, which claims similar benefits to liposuction. Any truth to those claims or big waste of $$?

Liposuction works best when a person is near normal weight, but has isolated pockets of fat deposits to remove (on the thighs or midriff, for example). Weight loss surgery is a much better option for improving overall weight and health, and giving a person the best chance for a long, happy life. ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers
