Bradycardia only without any other symptoms or complication it's a rare cause of diarrhea and association can be coincidental. Infection: While alcohol can cause flushing in some people, it will not cause fever. The fever is more likely from an infection. Aleve (naproxen) is effective at treating pain and inflammation. A better choice may be Acetaminophen (tylenol) or ibuprofen. Non cardiac chest pa: Since all your studies are all normal, I suspect the issue of your chest pain is not related to your heart. Perhaps it may have been related to a viral illness that caused some joint and muscle inflammation, that since has resolved.
