It may be very mild irritation of the lateral femoral cutaneous nerve, which can occur on both sides at the same time. The irritation occurs in the groin. It sure can happen.: ...Putting pressure on a nerve for 20+ minutes can cause the affected limb to essentially "go to sleep."
