Doctor insights on:
Butterfly Face Eruption
Describe these: The term "eruptions" can have many different meanings to different doctors. If you could describe these (flat, elevated, small, large, colored, itchy, tender, pus-filled, and so on) it would be far easier to have some idea of what they might be. The best solution, however, is to have your local doctor take a look at them.See 1 more doctor answer
Rejuglow face wash is ok to use or not? I am fair skinned and have pimple marks and little eruptions here and there
Give you a tip...: The thorns of silk cotton ( simili ) tree can be made a paste with milk like sandal paste. Apply it at night and wash off in the morning. Your face will glow and all blemishes will be gone.
Wash your face: Is still a basic and useful answer. Reduce fast food consumption eat more fresh fruits and veggies. Look at proactive..People either love it or hate it. Look at a product called schmoove on www.Franzcenter.Com. Over the counter products with benzoyl peroxide also can help. If it is worsening then consult with your doctor.
Can a fixed drug eruption on penis head stay more than 7 months? Mine is gradually becoming better. All meds stopped.Does sexual activity prolong it?
See below : Diagnosis of fixed drug reaction is based on history, physical exam, and exclusion of other causes of penile lesions. Most common drug classes implicated: analgesics, muscle relaxants, sedatives, anticonvulsants, and antibiotics (sulfa, PCN, tetracycline). Acute Rx: stop drug, topical or oral steroids, antihistamine. Not uncommon to have residual hyper pigmentation after acute lesion resolves.

Marks: Whenever the skin gets inflamed it will heal lighter or darker in color. People with medium skin tones (not extremely white or not extremely black) have the most troubling pigmentary alterations because they are noticeable either way. See your dermatologist to treat your acne to minimize this process.
I have an extremely oily face with blackheads in my face and nose and eruptions on my head and cheeks. Using facewash is of no help..Pls help?
My dad has got clusters of eruptions around his eyes. Lot of pain. His left side of face is swollen including the eye. His whole face pains a lot.
I get itchy, pus filled, red-toned eruptions on my face, which then settle as these black spots. How can I stop it? And how to remove black spots?
Facial Eruption: Once a pore becomes clogged, it traps skin oil inside. Bacteria grows in this oil and can cause an inflammatory response in the skin. Acne lesions can be small and hardly noticeable, have a small white or black head, or can appear red with a white/yellow center. Sometimes a clogged pore will become so inflamed that it can lead to larger, more painful lesions called nodules or cysts. See your derm.

Hard lump on pubic mound 2 days. ER= too soon to lance. No head, no heat, tender. Satellite eruptions on butt clearing up. RX= Keflex Scared of MRSA?
Simple tests: A surface culture and PCR analysis of the local area or skin scrapings would help to identify the presence of MRSA, versus MSSA( multiply-sensitive Staph Aureus), but this needs to be performed by a licensed OB-GYN, who can examine the pubic area for telltale signs of infection and help in your treatment
Burning headachefor a couple of weeks along with earache & tingling - r side of my face/head. Recurs with vesicular eruptions on feet but also recently on back and buttock. Had shingles 18 years ago. Swab shows no bacteria. GP didn't test for h zoste?
See neurologist: I don't believe you have shingles with so many areas of the body involved. However if you have painful blisters , it may be a serious condition and a dermatology consult is recommended.
SLE : Malar rash is a sign of SLE (systemic lupus Erythematosis ) there are other other autoimmune diseases which can also have this rash. there are many rashes which can look similar and be mistaken for a malar rash.
