Use a low dose: Both escitalopram and wellbutrin (bupropion) inhibit liver metabolism (which is how Propranolol is metabolized) and both will result is a stronger Propranolol effect. Divided doses: buspirone is a relatively short acting drug which is taken at least twice daily, and in some people requires three times a day treatment, and rarely even four times a day.
