30-60mg/day: Work closely with your md, as increasing too rapidly can make you unsteady, dizzy. Buspar can be started 5-10mg 2-3x a day and increased by 5-10mg every 4+days as tolerated up to max 60mg/day or lower if not tolerate that high of a dose. Yes : You should be fine. Drink lots of water just watch for drowsiness/ lightheartedness. Take buspar(buspirone) with or without food. If this was the 2nd dose of the day then take the next dose the next day.
