Unlikely: Heart attacks are unlikely in 22 year olds without a prior history of heart disease or drug use. And they don't really cause burping. See a doctor if you are still concerned. ...Read more

Probably not: Do you have heartburn? A possible explanation is gerd. Acid reflux at the esophagus can give you al kind if symptoms even pressure chest pain imitating heart attack.
