May have reflux: See your doctor to find out if you have reflux food allergies or other abdominal issues. Some people have to avoid lactose and others glutein so it is hard to know without reviewing this with your doctor and getting a physical exam and possible work up. Even pregnancy can cause this. Diet sodas have: artificial sweeteners in them which are not good for the brain. Research shows that people who drink diet sodas actually gain weight. Clearly something in them does not agree w/you.
