Everytime I eat, I get full quick, burp a lot even after drinking water, and feel sick to my stomach, loseing weight becasue scared to eat. 28 yrs old?

Diet sodas have: Artificial sweeteners in them which are not good for the brain. Research shows that people who drink diet sodas actually gain weight. Clearly something in them does not agree w/you.
