Clarify please: There are so many variables that could be related to this: what meds are you on, what is your daily activity, what other medical problems do you have, how long has it gone on, what precipitates the pain, how severe is it, does it radiate, etc. Tingling and burning can be a nerve problem, like from diabetes.
