Muscle pulling or mr: this could be muscle pulling. And exercise program at strengthen his muscles would be something that might help you. Another possibility is some type of nerve pinch. However it seems to be into many places. Hyperventilation: Unless you have predisposing diseases such as familial hypercholesterolemia, dm, rheumatologic disease such as sle, your chances of heart attack at your age and sex is low. You could have gerd, and can be from your anxiety level and those other symptoms arise from breathing fast from anxiety. Get examined: im worried you've got a spinal or bony/spinal process that is irritating the nerve from your back, which wraps around to under your breast.
