Need more info: Sounds like it might be a form of anxiety. The symptoms are so varied it is hard to pick a neurological cause. To be 100% sure please consult with a neurologist and if his/her exam is normal talk to your family physician. ...Read more

Sinusitis: This is not a typical sinus symptom which usually consists of pain with associated nasal congestion and drainage of mucus. Neuralgia, which is an irritation/inflammation of a superficial nerve in the forehead, is more likely. It's not serious and usually resolves in a few days. Need an examination : A symptom of "burning sensations inside my head " and tingling sensations is less likely to be due to a serious disease and more likely due to stress or anxiety. It COULD be...: ...not saying it IS, but it COULD be, occipital neuralgia. This is often diagnosed and treated by neurologists but knowledge about this is not necessarily limited to neurologists. Astute and experienced PCPs can address this as well. ...Read more

How long have you: Been experiencing such symptoms? Have you seen any rash . It looks like some kind of nerve irritation . Herpes zoster is one but you need to have dermatome skin lesion . The other possibility is mononeuritis . I would recommend to see a family doc or neurologist. Good luck. ...Read more
