What could be the cause of tingling/burning in lower legs that only sets in in the evening. MRI, emg, nerve conduction tests all normal. B12 normal.

Since yesterday tingling in finger tips. Today in feet and lower legs plus a burning sensation in feet and legs. Histaory of gbs but was 8 years ago. Any ideas what's going on?
See orthopedist: Extremity nerve compression problems, tendinits or knee problems could cause your symptoms. More likley the burning down the leg could be from sciatica.
