Heart likely OK.: Although burning sensations in the chest and tops of breasts can be a symptom of coronary artery disease these should be accompanied by either ekg changes or changes in cardiac enzymes etc. If these are all negative then, i would feel comfortable that the heart really is ok and then, work with your doctor to look for other causes to your symptoms such as medication, thyroid, or B12 problems, . ...Read more
