Neuralgia: Tingling and burning symptoms are typically nerve based in nature. This may be an isolated neuralgia that self resolves. Bottom part of my face is tingling slightly. From my mid cheek and down. Doesnt hurt and i feel fine but that is strange.

May be mini stroke : Especially if these symptoms are on just one side of the face i would be concerned that it could represent a mini stroke or stroke, and more worried if you have issues with your hand/arm or speech. I so be seen right away! other causes can be an infection like shingles so early care is needed there as well.If continues best to get checked. ...Read more

A few things: The truth is, odds are such a sensation may just go away on its own and we will never know why. If it continues to get worse or is associated with an loss of movement or drooping of the face see a doctor asap.
