Probably not: Fibromyalgia is a specific condition that should only be diagnosed by an expert. FMG is associated with specific trigger points not general numbness & hyperesthesia. Need more info: A whole host of things can cause this. Much more information would be needed to help determine the cause. For example is it more during the day or at night, which fingers. Etc.
