Burning Stomach And Fatigue
What to do if I have mild naseau, diahhera, abdominal burning, and fatigue for a week, what is it?
I am having burning sensations in my stomach, chest and areas of my back. I am fatigued and I am vomiting, any idea what this may be?
Maybe an ulcer: Symptoms/signs as described may signal ulcer, but ulcers can be painless and don't necessary have to bleed. How serious the problem and what organ (s) is (are) involved will be determined by appropriate medical evaluation--see your doctor. In the meantime, if you're taking nsaid's (aleve, advil)--discontinue them now, since you expressed concern about an ulcer and these drugs may be a contributant. ...Read more
I have 3 lumps on right rib cage fatigue doc doesn't know what they are now having extreme burning pain across stomach when sitting very tired?
Why lumps?: You need to confirm if you have real lumps on your chest wall. This can be confirmed by a physical exam by a doctor and further checked with a chest x-ray or, if need be, a ct scan of the chest. You may need a second medical opinion if the first doctor has not figured out what you have and what you need to do next. ...Read more

Weakness, fatigue, fast heart rate, feels like something stuck in throat, burning throat and stomach.?
Depends on pattern: Are these symptoms that you have all the time or is there a pattern: mostly with meals, when you lie down at night, when you climb the stairs or do something strenuous, or just randomly when you might be sitting? While reflux or anxiety may explain these, the weakness and fatigue with these symptoms is concerning and I would recommend a check - up this week to determine a cause! ...Read more

Soreness, tenderness, fullness in right side of abdomen, continual stomach upset made worse by ibuprofen, burning sensation subsided, severe fatigue.?
Need to examine:
It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. What you described suggests gastritis which may be due Helicobacter pylori infection. You need to be tested for it as it is eminently treatable with antibiotics.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. CBC is not the key: White cell counts fluctuate wildly day by day, even hour by hour. You should not even look at the percentages, but only the absolute white counts. If the absolute counts are near or in the reference range, and all of them well-formed, then this isn't going to help make the call. A full, competent physical exam, exercise testing, a trial of antacid Rx and possible endoscopy are considerations. ...Read more

Some nights the inside of my head feels like it s burning but my temperature is below normal I am also severely fatigued?
Burning stomach: This is usually due to excess acid build up. Most likely to occur when your stomach is empty (because food buffers acid). In the case of acid reflux, the discomfort may be the worst around 1/2 - 1 hour after a meal or while lying down. Peptic ulcer is another cause, usually with gnawing central abdominal pain when the stomach is empty, particularly at night, and it feels better after eating. ...Read more
