Just a thought. I suffer from burning skin sensations from anxiety. Would an antihistamine help with this sensation do you think ?

It's a nerve problem: Could be (not is, could be) positional nerve or nerve root entrapment somewhere in your neck or shoulder. The closer it is to the midline and the more symmetrical it is, the closer it is to your cervical spine. They have you on the correct medication for this but you need to see if you can increase the dose if it is not type.
